Wholly Smoke Unique BBQ Menu

Smokers are our version of jalapeno poppers-the difference being we take fresh jalapenos, stuff them with tasty fllings, wrap them in bacon, applewood slow smoke ’em, and serve sauces for dipping. The results are pretty addictive!!! We hope you agree!!

The Hawaiian Dragon
Smoked ham, sweet juicy pineapple, Monterey Jack and cream cheeses. Your choice of teriyaki or sweet and sour sauce. A luau for your mouth!!!

The Cheeseburger in Paradise
Ground beef, sharp cheddar and cream cheeses. Served with all your favorite burger condiments. All the favors you love in a bacon cheeseburger with a little more kick.

The Meatza Pizza
Italian sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella and cream cheeses. Served with our homemade marinara sauce. Lotza meatza!

The Porker
Succulent smoked pulled pork and cream cheese. Lots of choices of homemade BBQ sauces. Pork and more pork, need we say more?

The Greek
Smoked gyro meat (beef, lamb, seasonings), feta and cream cheeses. Great dipped in our fresh homemade tzatziki sauce. Opah!!!

The Buffalo Wing
Smoked chicken, blue cheese, and cream cheese. Classic wing sauce for dunking. If a jalapeno popper and a buffalo chicken wing married, this would be their baby.

The Philly
Thinly sliced ribeye steak, carmelized onions, provolone and cream cheese. Served with what else but Cheez Whiz for dipping. Yo, it’s a knockout!

The Buffalo Bill
Lean ground bison, goat and cream cheeses. Served with homemade blueberry barbecue sauce. Wildlydelectable!

The Ole
Spicy chorizo sausage, cotija and cream cheeses. How hot do you like your salsa? Muy Caliente!

The Big Easy
Smoked andouille sausage, red beans and rice. All the favors you love from the Big Easy. If you can stand the heat, how about dipping them in Louisiana hot sauce??

The Cubano
Smoked pulled pork, smoked ham, swiss cheese, and dill pickles. Triple pork in this one!!! Dip in dijon mustard if you like. Delicioso!!

The Gobbler-Up
Smoked turkey, stuffng with dried cranberries. Dunk in turkey gravy. A reason to give thanks!

The Loaded Tater
Buttery mashed potatoes, sharp cheddar cheese, and scallions. Sour cream for dipping. Taters with ‘tude!

The MacSmoker
Creamy sharp cheddar macaroni and cheese. Mac and cheese is not just for kids.

The Drunk Chick
Smoked pulled chicken with lots of sweet bourbon sauce added. No need to dunk this one. It’s saucy enough on it’s own.

The Chili Weinie
Lil smokies, chili (no beans), and cheddar cheese. Mustard and ketchup if you choose. Like something you might eat at Coney Island.

The Burnt End
The best part of beef brisket dipped in any of an array of BBQ sauces. Mouthwatering!!!!!

The Breakfast

Smoked hot dogs-the American classic made so much tastier with a kiss of smoke. Build it your way with all your favorite condiments. Served with kettle chips and homemade smoky onion dip.

The Combo Dog
Combine a smokey dog with pulled pork and you have a new taste sensation! Load it up with hot dog condiments or add homemade BBQ sauce. Either way it will be sure to please. Served with kettle chips and homemade smoky onion dip.
